Kaitlin joined the team as a Legal Assistant in 2014 during a co-op education placement. Kaitlin has worked as part of the team throughout her time in university during the summer months. Team Meunier Carrier is fortunate to have Kaitlin form part of its team on a full-time basis since the fall of 2020.

Kaitlin pursued post-secondary education in the field of sociology and criminal justice at the University of Guelph. In 2017, she was selected to partake in a summer abroad program at Oxford University in the United Kingdom studying criminal law.


Kaitlin has prior experience within the legal field. She worked as a summer student with the Timmins Police Service wherein she gained knowledge about the area of law enforcement.


Kaitlin aspires to help individuals who are victimized and subsequently placed in a vulnerable position. Kaitlin is pleased to be part of the dedicated team at Meunier Carrier Lawyers that strives to achieve exceptional results for our clients.


Kaitlin works closely with Jay Meunier and David Carrier in connection with their work with children involved in personal injury matters and also through their cases on behalf of the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Kaitlin is currently working for the firm as a law student and office manager while pursuing a degree in law.


Over the years, Kaitlin has had the opportunity to observe matters involving the firm lawyers in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and attended examinations for discovery.


Kaitlin plays a pivotal role behind-the-scenes in supporting the lawyers at Meunier Carrier in connection with their endeavours. Kaitlin is the firm’s multitasker and most versatile in connection with assisting the lawyers and the clients in the various areas of law in which they practice. Kaitlin is the lead for the lawyers on all family law files and on all tort cases involving children.


Kaitlin forms part of the Office Administration Program Advisory Committee at Northern College and is pleased to provide her insights about the labour market needs to the college’s School of Business.


Meunier Carrier is grateful for Kaitlin’s role in marketing for the firm and for her proficient computer and organizational skills.


In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys staying active by doing yoga, spending time outdoors, getting steps in on the local walking trails, and exploring nearby bodies of water on her paddleboard. Kaitlin is also an avid traveler having been to twenty countries thus far.
