Hayden Bedard

Hayden joined Meunier Carrier Lawyers as a full-time summer employee on June 27, 2022, in the role of Legal Assistant.

He graduated from Timmins High and Vocational School in June 2024, where he developed a strong interest in the social sciences and humanities. Throughout high school, Hayden distinguished himself both academically and through his leadership roles, serving on the TH&VS Student Advisory Council and the Historical Society.

From 2022 to 2024, Hayden also served as a Student Trustee on the Board of Trustees for District School Board Ontario North East, where he played a meaningful role in amplifying student voices and contributing to board-level decision-making.

In the fall of 2024, Hayden began his undergraduate studies at Carleton Universityin Ottawa in the Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Managementprogram. He plans to pursue law school upon completing his degree.

At Meunier Carrier Lawyers, Hayden supports the legal team with a range of responsibilities including conducting client intakes and follow-up communications, coordinating pre- and post-examination for discovery undertakings, and preparing executive file summaries. He also observes court appearances and examinations for discovery, and actively participates in firm huddles and in-house training sessions.
